Arcane (real name Li Zhiyan) is captain of the Yinglung Special Task Force, a veteran fighter who has spent years battling to reclaim the North Wuling Exclusion Zone. She's the first Caster whose combat form shifts between two Array Arcana modes - INT (frequent skill use, area damage, Corrosion) and WILL (enemy grouping, stronger debuffs, spreading Arts Infliction) - letting her flex between damage dealer and elemental support. Her signature Arts Unit is the Type 42: Solemn Phalanx.
